ALTOPIANO

Altopiano is a presentation platter realized in marble, in which there are two service areas, it becomes a sharing element in a meal.

These two containers used to separate a meal's two elements: liquid and solid. Above you have the space for a solid element, and the liquid element flow down to a space that can we can call a sauce boat which can dispense gravity.

These two parts can also be used for presentation of the main dish and side dishes, or as a fruit platter.

The modules have different sizes that compose the table and the presentation of the meal. These different modules can also be assembled for food display.
